Adrian Ramsay

Adrian Ramsay is Chief Executive of the Centre for Alternative Technology (CAT).
He studied at the University of East Anglia, where he gained a First Class degree in Politics and Sociology and then a Masters degree in Politics.

Before joining CAT, Mr Ramsay was Deputy Leader of the Green Party of England and Wales from 2008 to 2012, working alongside Caroline Lucas as the Green Party’s first formal leadership team.
He served as a Green City Councillor from 2003 to 2011.

Mr Ramsay has also worked as a consultant for the Local Government Association and more recently as a lecturer in CAT’s Graduate School of the Environment.
